This program is designed to help you develop a solid understanding of the fundamental principles and skills required to work with psilocybin in your personal practice. It also provides you with the necessary frameworks, modalities, and resources to expand your impact by helping your clients experience personal healing, growth, and accelerated transformation through this medicine.

This program is well-designed, starting with providing you with the necessary knowledge and skills to serve psilocybin within the framework of microdosing. We begin with a guided microdosing practice for the first three months to ensure you have a solid foundation. By the fourth month, we move on to ceremony for both mid-dose and high-dose facilitator frameworks, equipping you with everything you need to know to confidently offer the medicine within these types of settings as well.

Through a carefully curated experience, we will provide you with the essential resources, hands-on experiences, and leadership skills you need to make a lasting impact. The program will begin virtually, but will culminate in an unforgettable in-person ceremony weekend and facilitator workshop, where you’ll be among a community of like-minded individuals who share a similar vision as you!

Combining microdosing and ceremony facilitation is the ultimate way to enhance your experience. Microdosing is a powerful resource that can help you prepare for a ceremony and also support integrating the experience, making it the perfect complement to ceremony facilitation. People will be coming to you for microdosing support as a means of preparing for a ceremony, and even more importantly, as a way of integrating their ceremony.   • Precise dosing and differences – how to work with each level
  • Microdosing intake / preparation intention setting form

  • How Psilocybin works in the mind, body, and spirit 
  • Trauma-informed and Nervous system regulation modalites

Month 4 – session seven

  • How to develop relational, emotional, and somatic skills to hold space for yourself and others
  • Understanding how psilocybin can retraumatize or alchemize per individual and setting – how to best handle each situation
  • Doing the ‘repair’ work

  • Your personal practices
  • We will explore various strategies to minimize risk before, during, and after a session or ceremony, in order to maximize our efforts at harm reduction
  • Understanding of the benefits and risks of different approaches, dosing, timing

  • Ceremony Facilitation and Holding space
  • How to set up your ceremony space: Setting up an altar, scents, sounds, instruments
  • Music theory and playlist curation

Month 5 – session ten

  • Ethics of space holding, integrity, consent, and boundaries
  • Informed consent, ethical touch, maintaining boundary setting in ceremony

Month SIX

Month 6: session eleven

  • The neuroscience of psilocybin 
  • Understanding how to support within each mental health area: 
    • Depression, Anxiety, Addiction
  • SSRIs vs psilocybin
  • Professional performance – creativity and personal growth

  • Set clear goals, intentions, expectations

Month SEVEN

Month 7 – session thirteen & fourteen (2-day in person all inclusive training)

  • Breathwork, yoga, meditation, facilitator workshops, hands-on coaching & training and integration
  • Crafting your psychedelic messaging workshop

The Investment

7-monthly payments of $1800

The program follows this rhythm:

  • Two monthly 75 min zoom live group sessions + access to the recordings
  • Two monthly (1:1 with your assigned ally – 30 min support check-ins)
  • Signal Group channel for support outside of our set sessions & community connection
  • 13 live 75-min zoom group calls
  • One 2-day in person immersion
  • 8 hour practicum (virtual internship) – this will be introduced halfway through

Meet Tiffany

Tiffany is a recognized leader in the psychedelic field, with an established expertise in teaching people how to effectively and intentionally work with psychedelics for healing, personal growth and transformation. She is a Microdosing and Plant Medicine Mentor, Speaker, and Psychedelic Consultant based in San Diego, CA.

Her background includes Executive Sales roles in the medical field with a focus on neurology, neuroscience and neurovascular. Tiffany has combined her medical expertise with 7+ years of studying and training to be certified in the following areas: trauma-informed, breathwork, plant medicine apprenticeship and psychedelic integration programs. With her combined training and personal experience (over eight years) in working with psychedelics, she provides you with a comprehensive background that offers you the opportunity to receive a variety of different modalities to learn from.

Tiffany has collaborated with the top psychedelic companies in the space and won Entrepreneur of the Year in 2024. She has guided over 250+ people through successful microdosing and ceremony journeys and is a leading expert in teaching you how to facilitate this work, in your own unique way, to create a rippling effect on humanity’s healing.

FAQs

Yes, this is a key element of the program and attending is required to receive your certification.

We will have two 75 min calls per month and you will meet with your assigned ally for 30 min minimum two times per month, Additionally, there will be an 8-hour practicum mid-way during the program along with a two-day in person immersion. I will offer integration ‘homework’ resources after each monthly call, all of which you put what you desire into it.

The payment plan option is seven monthly payments of $1800. The full investment for the program is $12,600.

To receive the most out of this program I absolutely suggest coming live to our sessions as they will be interactive. However, I understand life happens and often things come up. Rest assured – each session will be recorded and provided to you.

Our sessions will be twice a month on Saturdays at 11:00am PST. Exact dates to be provided.

As a group, we will decide between three of the following dates: October 5-6, October 12-13, or October 19-20

This is a group program that I will be offering one-time per year. If you’re feeling the nudge, don’t wait on this opportunity – get in the room. Imagine where you’ll be seven-months from now, rather than waiting another seven months to get started on your dreams.

After you arrive in the foundational training of the program, you’ll enter a supported 8-hour practicum to begin putting your learnings and knowledge into practice. I will bring this in halfway through the program as the intention is for you to have the support of myself and others in the group. You will put your practice into action with your assigned ally in our group, along with a person outside of the program. You can think of this as an opportunity to gain real tangible experience with either clients, family or friends – all while still gaining support and feedback within our program. You will be fully supported within this time and I am happy to also offer introductions if needed.

No. While we will be beginning with teaching you foundational microdosing and ceremony 101 material, this program is for those who already have experience with psilocybin and are looking to learn the frameworks and fundamentals to serve this work within your current business, practice, and/or community.
