Refund, Cancellation, and Fulfillment Policy

Refund Policy

All services offered on www.tiffanyhurd.com—including coaching sessions, advising containers, and consulting packages—are considered prepaid, scheduled services.

All prepaid sessions are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for unused time, missed appointments, or early termination of any purchased package.

If an error occurs during payment processing (e.g., duplicate charge), please contact tiffany@tiffanyhurd.com within 7 days for review.

Fulfillment Policy

Coaching and consulting services are fulfilled through live, scheduled sessions conducted via video call (Zoom or other). Upon purchase, clients will receive an email with instructions to schedule their session(s) or details about their program timeline.

Fulfillment is considered complete once a session is held or a program has begun.

If you do not receive a scheduling link or welcome email within 48 hours of purchase, please contact tiffany@tiffanyhurd.com.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule a 1:1 session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

No-shows are considered forfeited sessions.

For multi-week programs or ongoing containers, all scheduled sessions must be completed within the agreed-upon time frame. Extensions are not guaranteed.

If you need to cancel a recurring monthly payment for a long-term container, a written request must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Payments already processed are non-refundable.
