How Psychedelics Reshaped My Life—and the Work I Do Today
My work with psychedelics began over a decade ago as a conscious exploration—one rooted in curiosity, self-leadership, and a desire to live and work more fully aligned.
At the time, I was in corporate healthcare in executive business roles, outwardly successful but internally questioning the path I was on. I began microdosing psilocybin as a way to better understand my nervous system, my creativity, and what it might look like to relate to my mental health differently. Within a three-month period, I was able to intentionally taper off six years of prescribed medications—Lexapro and Adderall—under a thoughtful, self-led process that emphasized awareness, safety, and integration.
What stood out most wasn’t just the personal shift—it was the lack of education, protocols, and support available around microdosing at the time. I couldn’t find clear frameworks, ethical guidance, or real-world strategy for how to work with these medicines responsibly in everyday life. So I built what didn’t yet exist.
That decision ultimately led me to leave an unfulfilling corporate path and create a microdosing-focused business centered on customized protocols, education, structure, and intentional integration. Over time, as the field evolved, I felt the clear desire to bring my business background back into the work—bridging psychedelics and strategy, personal transformation and professional leadership
